I wasn’t quite sure what to call this card but settled on the above title, I guess it sums up the three squares rotated to made diamond shapes!
Card base: Seaside Spray cardstock cut to 8 1/2“ x 4 1/8” and scored in half.
Card & Sentiment: A piece of Whisper White cardstock was cut to 3 5/8” x 5 3/8” and adhered to the card base. The corners were created by punching a 2” circle in Seaside Spray, trimming in half, then half again to make four small pieces. These were each die cut inside with a small inset die from the Birthday Jubilee Dies Set and adhered to each corner of the Whisper White mat. Three squares were cut in Seaside Spray from the Stitched Shapes Dies using the second smallest. Then using the smallest square from the same set, the Peaceful Poppies DSP was cut twice and adhered to two of the larger Seaside Spray squares. For the centre square I used a scrap of Whisper White cardstock and stamped the ‘Hey, friend’ sentiment from Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set in Balmy Blue ink, before being die cut using the smallest square. This was adhered to the remaining larger Seaside Spray square. The three squares were placed on the centre line of the card, adhering the top and bottom squares to the cardstock. The sentiment square was placed on Stampin’ Dimensionals before being attached to the centre.
